📜 Draft Terms and Conditions for Al-Suwaidan Electrical Store

1. 📝 General Provisions
• Acceptance of Terms: By using and purchasing from Al-Suwaidan Electrical Store, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. The store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. 🛒 Orders and Purchases
• Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed and valid upon completion of the payment process and receipt of an email confirmation containing the order number.

• Product Availability: Products are displayed based on stock availability. If a product is unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be notified and will receive a refund for the unavailable product within 14 business days.

• Prices and Taxes: All displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 15%, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Installation and Warranty:

• Store Disclaimer of Installation: The customer acknowledges that the store does not provide installation services and that installation is the customer's sole responsibility, requiring them to contract a qualified technician at their own expense.

• Warranty Void: The warranty is void if installation or repair is attempted by unqualified individuals, due to misuse, or if the product is damaged by faulty electrical connections, water damage, or impacts.

• Product Images: Product images displayed in the store may differ slightly from the actual product in minor details (such as exact color or relative size), but the main technical specifications remain identical.

4. 📦 Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are determined based on the weight and size of the order and the delivery destination, and are clearly displayed on the checkout page.

• Delivery Time: Delivery time is estimated in business days (determined according to the shipping company's policy) and is an estimate that may be affected by shipping company circumstances.

• Warranty Decision: The store reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty. The warranty covers repair or replacement with a similar product (at the store's discretion).
