DEMO RCF Upblast Centrifugal Roof Extractor Fan Belt Driven

The DEMO RCF series industrial roof exhaust fan is designed to enhance rooftop ventilation efficiency, operating with an upblast centrifugal system to expel hot air and contaminants from industrial and commercial buildings.

Key Features – DEMO RCF Series Roof Exhaust Fan with Grease Trap (Centrifugal)

• Fan casing and impeller are made of aluminum alloy.

• Motor is matched to the fan load. Motor protection class is IP44, insulation class B, with ball bearings. The motor and drive mechanism are positioned outside the airflow to prevent the accumulation of dust or grease.

• Fan cover and outer housing: Made of thick aluminum sheet, capable of withstanding harsh outdoor conditions and high wind loads. The structural design and installation requirements prevent the ingress of heavy rainwater or snow.

• Drive mechanism support plate: Made of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel sheet. Its structural strength ensures stable operation of the drive components without excessive vibration.

• Protective cover: The protective cover and ventilation outlet are integrated and extended to prevent water leakage. The four sides of the protective cover are designed with mounting slots for installation on the roof protection structure.

• Bird-proof mesh: Made of high-quality cold-drawn steel wire, durable and rust-resistant, ensuring protection of the fan air outlet from birds or small objects during operation or shutdown.

• Fan performance parameters are tested in accordance with Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) standards 210 and 310.

Blades

Equipped with three-blade aluminum impellers with a backward-curved (Backward Centrifugal) design, providing stronger airflow with lower noise levels.

Motor – DEMO RCF Series Roof Exhaust Fan with Grease Trap (Centrifugal)

Full copper motor capable of withstanding temperatures up to 80°C, equipped with thermal protection and auto-reset function to enhance safety and extend service life.

Drive System

Belt-driven system that reduces heat and vibration, providing greater stability during heavy-duty operation in hot and dusty environments.
